Matcha 02 Absolute is a carefully balanced blend of premium Uji matcha and select Tenryu matcha, bringing together two distinct characters into a single composition.
From Uji comes roundness, density, and refined sweetness.
From Tenryu comes structure, depth, and a quiet mineral sharpness born from mountain-grown tea.
The result is a matcha with remarkable intensity and elegance — layered umami, velvety texture, and a lingering finish that unfolds slowly with each sip.
While rooted in traditional preparation, Absolute was also designed with versatility in mind.
Prepared traditionally, it reveals profound depth and calm concentration.
With milk, it develops into an exceptionally rich and luxurious matcha latte without losing its core identity.
This is not a delicate everyday matcha.

Tea Instructions
Matcha Sachets
Add one sachet to a bowl or cup and pour in hot water.
Whisk or stir gently until smooth and fully dissolved.
Recommended Water Temperature
75–80°C / 167–176°F
Recommended Amount of Water
80–120ml
For a softer flavor, add more water.
For a richer and deeper expression, prepare with less water.
Allow the aroma to unfold slowly before the first sip.
Flavoured Tea
Place one tea bag into a cup or teapot and pour over hot water.
Allow the tea to steep gently to reveal its layered aroma and character.
Recommended Water Temperature
85–90°C / 185–194°F
Steeping Time
2–3 minutes
Flavoured teas may also be enjoyed as iced tea for a brighter aromatic expression.
Green Tea
Japanese green tea is best prepared with slightly cooler water to preserve its delicate sweetness and umami.
Place one tea bag into a cup or teapot and steep gently.
Recommended Water Temperature
75–85°C / 167–185°F
Steeping Time
1.5–2 minutes
For a softer and more refined cup, avoid boiling water.
A second infusion may also be enjoyed.
