Heart of Tokyo was created to express that stillness.
Built almost entirely upon premium asamushi sencha, the blend embraces clarity, softness, and refined umami. A trace of rose appears only momentarily — like a brief reflection of light across polished stone — before dissolving back into the calm depth of the tea itself.
Elegant and understated, the tea captures the feeling of silence existing quietly at the center of one of the world’s largest cities.

Tea Instructions
Matcha Sachets
Add one sachet to a bowl or cup and pour in hot water.
Whisk or stir gently until smooth and fully dissolved.
Recommended Water Temperature
75–80°C / 167–176°F
Recommended Amount of Water
80–120ml
For a softer flavor, add more water.
For a richer and deeper expression, prepare with less water.
Allow the aroma to unfold slowly before the first sip.
Flavoured Tea
Place one tea bag into a cup or teapot and pour over hot water.
Allow the tea to steep gently to reveal its layered aroma and character.

85–90°C / 185–194°F

2–3 minutes
Flavoured teas may also be enjoyed as iced tea for a brighter aromatic expression.
Green Tea
