イベント開催中止のお知らせ

平素より銀座風香をご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

2026年5月18日（月）・19日（火）に開催を予定しておりました

「New Tea Collection & Seasonal Kakigori Presentation」

につきまして、誠に遺憾ながら、開催を中止させていただく運びとなりました。

理由といたしまして、株式会社三雄による水道管工事が、当店への事前相談・協議のないまま、2026年5月18日（月）・19日（火）に実施決定され、店舗前道路の封鎖を伴う旨の通知書が、開催直前である2026年5月14日（木）に店舗へ届けられたためです。

なお、当該通知につきましては、2026年5月14日（木）に店舗従業員が受領し、翌5月15日（金）になって初めて弊社代表がその内容を認知する状況となりました。

当店では本イベントに向け、昨年より長期間にわたり準備を重ね、多数の限定商品・限定メニュー・特別制作物をご用意してまいりました。

また、ご来場予定のお客様や関係者様におかれましても、ご予定の調整や遠方からのご来場準備を進めていただいておりました。

しかしながら、店舗前道路の封鎖によって正常な営業およびイベント運営が困難であると判断し、誠に不本意ではございますが、やむを得ず開催中止を決定いたしました。

現在、ご予約いただいているお客様へは、順次個別にキャンセルのお願いとご説明を差し上げております。

本イベントを楽しみにお待ちいただいていた皆様には、多大なるご迷惑とご失望をおかけしますこと、心より深くお詫び申し上げます。

なお、株式会社三雄による一連の工事対応により、当店は昨年より長期間にわたり甚大な営業被害および機会損失を受けております。

今回の件につきましても極めて重大な問題であると認識しており、当店としては株式会社三雄ならびに発注元である東京都に対し強く抗議するとともに、今後、損害賠償請求を含む法的対応および関係機関への正式な申し入れを検討しております。

Notice of Event Cancellation

We sincerely thank you for your continued support of Ginza Fuka.

It is with great regret that we announce the cancellation of our upcoming event,

“New Tea Collection & Seasonal Kakigori Presentation,”

which had been scheduled to take place on May 18 (Mon) and May 19 (Tue), 2026.

The reason for this cancellation is that water pipe construction work conducted by Sanyu Co., Ltd. was scheduled for May 18 (Mon) and May 19 (Tue), 2026, without any prior consultation or discussion with our store, and a notice informing us that the road directly in front of our premises would be closed was delivered only on May 14 (Thu), 2026, immediately before the event.

Furthermore, the notice was initially received by our store staff on May 14 (Thu), 2026, and our company representative was only able to become aware of the matter on the following day, May 15 (Fri), 2026.

For this reception, we had spent many months preparing a wide range of limited products, seasonal menus, and special presentations.

In addition, many guests and business partners had already adjusted their schedules and arranged long-distance travel plans in anticipation of attending this event.

However, due to the road closure directly in front of the store, we determined that it would be impossible to maintain normal business operations and properly host the reception. As a result, although deeply unfortunate, we have no choice but to cancel the event.

We are currently contacting all reserved guests individually regarding cancellations and further explanation.

To everyone who had been looking forward to this event, we offer our sincerest apologies for the tremendous inconvenience and disappointment this situation has caused.

Furthermore, due to a series of irresponsible construction-related actions by Sanyu Co., Ltd., our business has suffered substantial operational damage and financial losses over an extended period since last year.

We regard this matter as an extremely serious issue. Ginza Fuka strongly protests both Sanyu Co., Ltd. and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government as the commissioning authority, and we are currently considering formal legal action, including claims for damages, as well as official appeals to the relevant authorities.
